Event Design
If you aren't sure what you'll need for your project, please give us a call. We can either meet with you at your event location or speak with you over the phone to make sure you get all of the right equipment you'll need to make the best impression possible.
Delivery, Setup, Tear Down & Pick Up
We will gladly deliver, set up and pick up the equipment in the metro area.

Local Delivery Fee:
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5PM. Normal delivery rates start at $25 and those made outside normal business hours start at $45. Rates will vary based upon delivery time/date/location, and the number of technicians required to complete setup.
Generally our technicians complete delivery setups within 15 minutes—If there is a need for more time due to set up difficulty or event size, general labor will be billed in half hour increments per technician.
Please make sure to notify our technicians before they arrive of any special requests or accommodations that need to be made as there may be additional time required to set up equipment.
On Site Tech Support
We can supply an experienced operator to run equipment at an hourly rate.
Equipment Training
We can show your operators or yourself how to operate the equipment at your event location or when you come in to pick up the AV equipment. (If we have to make a special trip, an hourly fee may be charged).
Feel free to bring in laptops, cd players or dvd players to so we may show you exactly how to use them with your rental equipment.
